Delete a ticket or content in RT

All tickets in RT are deleted after a period specific to the queue the ticket is in. Besides this, there are two ways to delete tickets.

The ticket is deleted due to privacy/GDPR

Sensitive personal data should not be stored in RT. If a ticket contains sensitive personal information, you must notify via the contact form for RT.

Select "Slett hele eller deler av RT sak" and follow the instructions in the form.


The ticket is deleted for other reasons

You can change the status to Deleted. Then the ticket will disappear from the queue you're working in and will eventually be deleted from our databases. 

Note that the ticket will not be deleted from the database immediately, so if this is necessary, you must contact via the contact form for RT.
