The Interdisciplinary Ladder
The interdisciplinary ladder is a step-by-step process where you learn to take responsibility and different roles in interdisciplinary projects. On the first step, you practice participating in an interdisciplinary team; on the next, you learn to facilitate interdisciplinary initiatives; and on the final step, you are encouraged to design and lead interdisciplinary initiatives.
Find your place on the interdisciplinary ladder!
Participate in interdisciplinary initiatives
Being a participant in interdisciplinary collaboration requires knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary methods. INTED tests methods together with students and educators.

Facilitate interdisciplinary initiatives
Facilitating interdisciplinary initiatives requires knowledge and understanding of the interdisciplinary process. INTED has established the Interdisciplinary Facilitator Program and tests interdisciplinary methods.

Lead interdisciplinary initiatives
Leading interdisciplinary initiatives requires an overview of multiple complex processes. INTED is working on several projects to map interdisciplinary education.
