Students participate in decision-making at the University of Oslo. Students are represented in all boards and councils where decisions that affect them are made. By getting involved, you gain a good insight into how the university functions, and you become part of an exciting and developing environment. You help set the agenda for issues that are important to students.
The University of Oslo also has its own guidelines for student involvement, which elaborate on how students establish student organisations, become represented, and are heard. They also explain who is responsible for the training of student representatives.
