| Supplemental information | Two apartments are for rent, with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen on the first floor of a semi-detached house. Apart from a shared entrance, the apartments with living room and kitchen are separated by a separate entrance door from the second floor of the house, where we live. The apartments and common areas are furnished, including a TV in the common area, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, desk, and various kitchen utensils. The living room, hallway, kitchen and the two bedrooms were renovated in 2019. From the living room you can go out to a terrace of about 15 square meters, which is only used by the tenants. In the bathroom there is a brand new shower cabin, and a small washing machine. The house is heated via radiators, and heating is included in the rent. There are also extra heaters in the hallway and living room, which can be used when needed, in addition to a new and efficient wood-burning stove. There is a separate fuse box for both apartments, so the tenant(s) set up their own electricity agreement together. Either the apartments can be rented separately - bedroom 1 (see pictures) for NOK 14,000, bedroom 2 for NOK 16,000 - or everything can be rented together for NOK 28,000 (two bedrooms, hallway, living room, bathroom and kitchen).
